The hotel looks magnificent, the design is interesting and the breakfast buffet was very good. The personal was very professional, although rigid.
I have been disappointed by the facilities, although I understand that the hotel's construction was not yet finished. - One day, my room was not cleaned at all. (The next day, another client complained of the same thing, at the registering counter, proving that it was not an isolated problem). - Then there were problems with the sewage system: my bathroom smelled like rotten eggs and overcooked broccoli; I could simply not open the door of the bathroom, without having to open the door of the room to the hallway, since there was no way to ventilate. I complained, was told that someone would come and checked - never did. This lasted three days. I was not able to relocate to another hotel that week, since there were two conventions filling all hotels in the Stockholm area; and I was not offered another room to move to: when I asked if there was one, I was told that there were no rooms left. I did not receive compensation for this, even though I had to leave my room to go to the bathroom... Note: Please note that the smell was from the second day on in the entrance and in the elevators. Thankfully, the last night the problem was almost all resolved. - I stayed six nights in all, in a period where there were extra points given for promotional reasons for frequent guesses between September and December for the Victoria Tower. Basically, I was supposed to be on a higher level as a frequent guess; when I booked another night on October 3rd at another Scandic hotel, I was told that I had no points yet. Please understand that it will take some convincing to come back to this particular hotel.

What I like was the decoration, the hotel was very modern and I liked how they furnished both our room and the lobby.
I stayed at the hotel a week after opening. The spa was not opened and I was very dissapointed because the staff told me week before my arrival that it would be ready. The staff was not with the thought that the client comes first.

The wireless internet at the hotel was very very bad. 90% of the time it was almost impossible to use.
